Default translator: The first message we write it will recognize our language and automatically will translate to English. Once you have done this you just to execute the bot with the command of /start

If we write first in English it must ask us to configure our language.
Commands:
There are two main commands with this bot, to set the original language (the one we use and understand) and then the language you want to translate to.
- /setlang: Our language, the language we are going to write in,
- /tolang: The language we want to translate to. The menu will be the same as above.
